Jake Hutcherson, Vice President, joined the company in 2025. At Platform, Jake serves on the Board of Directors of Champion Services Holdings and is involved with Alliance Strategies, Process Service Specialists and Progressive Pipeline Management. Prior to joining Platform, he worked as a Vice President for Main Street Capital Corporation, a lower middle market investment firm in Houston. At Main Street, Jake was involved in the evaluation, underwriting, due diligence and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of lower middle market companies. Prior to joining Main Street, Jake worked for the private equity firm, First Reserve, after starting his career at Simmons & Company International. He received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia. Jake enjoys traveling, deep sea fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with friends and family.
