Brett Boren, Vice President, joined the company in 2019. At Platform, Brett serves on the Board of Directors of July Business Services and VetIQ Staffing and is involved with Beacon Funeral Partners, Exact Payments, ShiftKey and SmartSky Networks. In addition, he was previously involved in Platform’s investments in Alliance Human Capital Management, ALM First, GHR Healthcare and NextEdge Networks. Prior to joining Platform, he worked as an Analyst at Jefferies Group LLC in the energy investment banking division after starting his career in the valuation advisory services group at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll). He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. Brett enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
