Advisory Board Members
Mike McGinnnis, Advisory Board Member, is currently Chairman and CEO of The Brock Group, a multi-craft industrial service provider to a broad client base. He recently served as Vice Chairman of Evergreen Industrial Holdings, LLC, a Platform portfolio company, from 2013 to 2016. In addition, he served as Executive Chairman of B&G Crane Services LLC from 2012 to 2014. Previously, Mike held the position of Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of XServ, Inc. until its acquisition by Brock in February 2007, following which he served as President and Chief Operation Officer of the Brock Group. He began his career with The Brand Companies, serving in various management roles throughout his 28-year tenure. Mike received a certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Steve Rathgaber, Advisory Board Member, is currently CEO and Board Member of Cardtronics, (Nasdaq: CATM) joining Cardtronics in February 2010. Steve has served in a variety of executive roles in payment services companies serving retailers, financial institutions and consumers. In his 36 year career, he has served in public companies including Citibank, ADP, First Data, Metavante and FIS. He has worked in several privately held firms including Veritas Ventures (where he was a founding partner), a technology start up using expert systems designs to deliver payment services and the NYCE Payments Network. Immediately prior to joining Cardtronics, Steve served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of NYCE, a role he assumed in September 2004. Steve has served on several Boards including Everlink Payment Services, a joint venture he helped to create between the United-States based NYCE Payments Network and Celero, a Canadian credit union processing company. He served as Chairman of the Everlink Board from June 2004 until May 2006. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.
Joe Argue, Advisory Board Member, joined Amegy Bank in April 1997 as Executive Vice President of the Bank’s lending division. In 2000, he was promoted to Chief Lending Officer and is responsible for the lending areas of the bank with regard to pricing, loan structure and strategic direction. Joes brings more than 44 years of banking and lending experience to Amegy, which includes Wells Fargo Bank (Texas), N.A./First Interstate Bank of Texas, N.A. (eight years) and Allied Bank of Texas (15 years). Historically, at various times, lending areas reporting to him include Corporate Banking, Syndicated Finance, Energy Lending, Real Estate Lending, International Banking, Correspondent Banking and Private Banking. Joe attended Stephen F. Austin State University where he received both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management and Finance.
